Hiring for Warehouse Worker in Wixom, MI.

Description:

We build machines that distribute/spray liquid adhesives. This could be for a variety of things - such as praying foam into cars to seal the pan for the battery, spraying the adhesive for the inside of soup cans, spraying the foam for the inside of pelotons to avoid sweat. They are in a variety of industries such as automotive, agriculture (John Deere), Apple, food/beverage and many more. They have 45 total employees in this facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION: They are currently in need of material pickers in their warehouse.

JOB DUTIES:

*Handling/dealing with purchase orders

*Scanning the purchase order

*Picking the materials in the warehouse needed for the order/shipment

*Utilizing MHE when picking, this could include forklift, joey and scissor lift

SHIFT:

7AM-3:30PM M-F

Must be open to Sat's

OT:

*If needed, they try to work OT during the week opposed to the weekend.

*If they do have to work weekends, they work Sat 7AM-12PM.

*They do not work Sundays

*OT can be requested and is typically given if there is a reason (finishing up a project etc)

AVERAGE HOURS PER WEEK:

45 hours

1). Experience within a warehouse environment

1a). Candidates need to be familiar with warehouse operations (racks of product labeled by customer)

2). Order picking experience

2a). Candidates need to have experience with picking parts/product per customer orders from the warehouse
