What are your contributions to the team?
Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules – must be in all job descriptions
Evaluate findings and pictures/videos from component repair station testing, repair and overhaul, to package results for:
a. Challenging repair station findings
b. Administering Terms & Conditions of exchange with our customer
c. Addressing suspect/rogue components
d. Interpreting various technical “jargon” into laymans terms
Advise internal and external clients on complex and technical problems
Prepare and present issues, findings and solutions to management
Drive daily continuous improvement activities, including performing root cause analysis, understanding and implementing corrective action plans to KPI’s of increase complexity
Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline short to mid term focus
Lead projects with a broad scope in own discipline mid to long term focus
How to thrive in this role?
• Typically a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Aviation technical role
• Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Technology, technical college degree or similar discipline
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Good multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, drawings, contracts etc.
• Good knowledge of computer tools such as SAP and Office Suite
• Ability to obtain a passport
• Speak and write English fluently
