As an Industry Embedded Professional Instructor, you will work closely with corporate clients and aviation professionals to deliver tailored training programs that enhance their professional competencies.\ \ Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:\

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on professional development, soft skills, and leadership topics tailored to the needs of aviation industry professionals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific training requirements and develop customized curriculum content.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics related to professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to understand their unique needs and expectations.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
