Join us and discover the possibilities for your future!\ \ Compensation: \$27.50 /hr(Increased if offered regular position with WSU Tech)\ Worksite Location: Textron Aviation\ \ Overview / Job Summary:\ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry Embedded Professional Instructor to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing high-quality instruction in professional, soft skills, and leadership development subjects within the aviation industry. As an Industry Embedded Professional Instructor, you will work closely with corporate clients and aviation professionals to deliver tailored training programs that enhance their professional competencies.\ \ Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:\

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on professional development, soft skills, and leadership topics tailored to the needs of aviation industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific training requirements and develop customized curriculum content.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging topics related to professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to understand their unique needs and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless delivery process and fostering active participant engagement. Your keen ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, coupled with a commitment to gathering feedback for continuous improvement, will be crucial in driving the success of our programs.   • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in education, organizational development, or a relevant disciplinepreferred

  • Provide instruction in areas such as effective communication, team collaboration, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt training content to meet the specific needs and expectations of diverse client groups.
