Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

  Hourly Shift Differentials:

  Weekday 2nd shift $6.25 & Weekend 2nd shift $9.00Weekday 3rd shift $7.00 & Weekend 3rd shift $10.00Weekend 1st shift $8.00

  Responsibilities include:

• Delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adolescent and adult patients hospitalized for treatment of psychiatric or emotional disorders;

• Completes nursing assessment & other related assessments, nursing care plan, and nursing discharge summary within the established time frames

• Assists with admission and discharge of patients

• Participates in the treatment planning process, adding interventions, and signing off interventions as needed

• Administers medication per policy and procedure. Identifies side effects of medications and intervenes appropriately

• Complete daily assignment sheets.

• serving actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of each patient.

  Qualifications

  Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew).

• Current BLS certification.

• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with teenage and adult patient populations but New Grads are Welcome!
