A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A THERAPY REGISTRATION SPECIALIST & CALL CENTER OPERATOR FLOAT Working in our call center and therapy registration will give you the opportunity to do various tasks. It\'s really a mix of customer service, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and patient interaction all rolled into one awesome job. Don\'t fear the unknown, our training is excellent, and we will get you up to speed in no time. Primarily, you\'ll be engaging with and talking to patients over the phone. You can expect to answer their questions and transfer their call. You will receive, review, and distribute mail in addition to other office related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A THERAPY REGISTRATION SPECIALIST & CALL CENTER OPERATOR FLOAT High school diploma or equivalent Patience and ability to work with people at all levels, internal and external Compassion for Patients Excellent written and verbal communications skills WORK SCHEDULE This position will be located primarily at our Westwood location in Wausau.
