Description

A Nationwide Hospital System is in the need of a Patient Admitting Representative. The Patient Admitting Representative must have at least two years of experience working in a hospital performing various admitting duties. The Patient Admitting Representative is responsible for providing excellent patient service and ensuring their hospital admissions process is complete.

Responsibilities:

• Gather necessary patient information and complete admission paperwork accurately.

• Verify insurance coverage and communicate information to patients clearly.

• Liaise with medical professionals to ensure all necessary records and approvals are in place.

• Resolve patient concerns and answer questions about their admission and stay.

• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with the patient accounts team to ensure accurate billing.

• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and their families.

• Follow hospital policies and procedures at all times.

Two Shifts Available:

• 2pm – 10:30pm

• 10pm – 6:30am
