CACI is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide administrative tasks and overall documentation support
Develop and track project status reports
Perform technical writing, formatting, editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure
Create, develop and maintain document templates
Proactively collaborate with team members and customers on various documents, reports and deliverables
Coordinate with subject matter experts on process improvement and in developing and/or updating standard processes
Optional Hybrid working environment
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business or related discipline with four years of experience or High School Diploma with eight years of experience. Two of those work experience years with DoD
Minimum Secret Security clearance to start
Expert with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
Familiar with Microsoft Visio, SnagIt and various related software
Must be detailed oriented
Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels both verbal and written
Must be able to maintain a remote work environment free of distractions, interruptions and without conflicting responsibilities
Must be able to maintain strong ethical standards, adhering to organizational policies, compliance requirements, security policies, and processes

Since the position can be worked in more than one location, the rate shown is the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors. The actual rate will be based on contract, location and job classification.
