Description

Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Manager to start at a non-profit organization in San Francisco!

Job description:

  • Staffing Process Management: Oversee the entire staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

  • Ensure that job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Training and Performance Management: Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.

  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.

  • Compensation Strategy: Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.

  • Keep the compensation strategy up-to-date.

  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Investigate employee issues and conflicts and work towards resolution.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members using performance management tools.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Apply company HR policies consistently.

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner with management to ensure that strategic HR goals align with business initiatives.

  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.

  • Retention Strategies: Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR management or related roles.
