Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Compensation Administrator in San Francisco.

Job Description:

  • Develop and design compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.

  • Ensure these programs align with the company’s overall compensation strategy.

  • Data Analysis and Decision-Making

  • Use data-driven approaches to make decisions related to direct financial, indirect financial, and non-financial compensations.

  • Analyze compensation trends, market data, and employee needs.

  • Prepare job descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and classify roles within the organization.

  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.

  • Compliance and Communication

  • Ensure that compensation practices comply with current legislation (including pay equity and human rights regulations).

  • Deploy effective communication strategies to inform employees about compensation-related matters.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, issues, and best practices in compensation.

  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports on compensation-related metrics.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Compensation Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and compensation cycle management.

  • Familiarity with job evaluation and analysis systems.

  • Adequate understanding of current labor rules and regulations.
