Responsibilities * Teach the equivalent of a full six-course load in the field of Computer Science, likely including some combination of the following: Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, High-Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining and Machine Learning, Database Systems, Data Structures, and introductory-level programming for majors and non-majors * Fulfill regular faculty responsibilities, including involvement in departmental activities * Contribute to an academic environment that seeks to advance inclusive excellence in the department and the discipline Skills * Strong teaching skills * Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team * Understanding of and commitment to Bethel's efforts to develop as an inclusive university community Experience College teaching experience preferred Education Master's degree in Computer Science or related field required Additional Information Compensation: Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience Position open: August 2024 Additional Information: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
