Description

We are assisting a nonprofit with a need for Donor Recruiters, where you'll actively engage with the public at blood drives to recruit donors, explain the critical need for blood, and assist with event setup and operations. We're looking for goal-driven, reliable, and positive individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the community. The blood drives typically take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The hours will vary but are typically middle of the day and are shifts that could be as long as 8 hours to as short as 5 hours. Please reach out to us immediately if you're interested.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and persuade potential donors.

• Ability to explain the importance of blood donations clearly and address any questions.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks related to event setup (e.g., erecting tents, arranging tables).

• Strong customer service skills; experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.

• Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic.

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude to motivate donors and support team members.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Willingness to track and report recruitment results.
