Learn more about Aeon at www.aeon.org. Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Specialist to join our team at Seasons Park in Richfield, MN! This position will deliver high level administrative and customer service support, with an initial main focus on administrative and resident support through major on-site renovations, then lease-up activities. The Bilingual Administrative Specialist will report to the Senior Site Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Apartment Renovation Resident Support: Collaborate closely with the Maintenance and Management teams as well as vendors and other Aeon departments to appropriately coordinate and communicate with residents regarding in-unit renovations and relocation support. Maintain well organized documentation regarding property renovations as they relate to resident matters. Office/Administrative Support: Support the site office by being present during property office hours, answering telephone, filing, delivering notices, referring residents, providing accurate rental information, and giving access to vendors/contractors. Leasing & Marketing: This position will support the lease-up of newly renovated apartment homes in partnership with Seasons Park staff and other Aeon departments. This includes maintaining current knowledge of apartment availability, rates and features. Maintaining prospect and leasing information using RentCafe. Supporting the execution of the marketing plan which could include community outreach, maintaining prospective resident lists, and leasing event planning/hosting. Supporting the leasing team with content and implementation of property websites, email generation, social media posting and general community marketing. Resident/Property Relations: Respond to resident, vendor and management needs, issues, or problems. Duties may include: entering maintenance requests, granting access as needed, attending community meetings as needed and responding to emergencies. Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who is able to think critically and adapt to changing rules and regulations. The candidate will have the ability to compile information from many sources in an organized way and will be able to create and maintain strong relationships with staff and residents. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Demonstrated success in detail-oriented administrative support functions as well as face-to-face customer/client interactions is required Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to engage in high level customer service that is culturally responsive, ensuring consideration for differing needs and expectations of residents, staffs, vendors, community members, etc... Must have a commitment to learning and participating in Aeon's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts Must be a resourceful problem solver with an attention to details and a seeker of excellence who values results, hard work, customer service, and loyalty to Aeon's mission Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, be adaptable and comfortable in a high energy environment Strong computer literacy skills preferred Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle required Physical Requirements: Ability to l ft up to 10lbs Ability to reach above and below the shoulders Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time Ability to complete daily tours between properties including but not limited to inspecting grounds, hallways, stairwell and apartment homes Ability to file, open and close file drawers, and enter data into a computer for extended periods of time Ability to withstand external weather conditions Compensation This position pays $20/hr Aeon offers an impressive benefit package for full time staff that includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, paid time off and an employee assistance program.
