Universal Engineering Sciences Administrative Assistant in Port St. Lucie, Florida
Job Responsibilities:
Take calls from clients and managers
Assist with processing daily reports and data entry
Creates and prints correspondences, reports, and other documents when necessary
Scheduling of building inspectors
Billing and invoicing
Assist with processing of permits
Assisting other departments with administrative needs
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with great organizational skills
High school education/GED
Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the engineering/construction industry
Previous experience with Building Inspection and/or municipalities
Experience with Deltek Vision, SAP Concur, and/or document management software
