Universal Engineering Sciences Administrative Assistant in Port St. Lucie, Florida

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take calls from clients and managers

  • Assist with processing daily reports and data entry

  • Creates and prints correspondences, reports, and other documents when necessary

  • Scheduling of building inspectors

  • Billing and invoicing

  • Assist with processing of permits

  • Assisting other departments with administrative needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with great organizational skills

  • High school education/GED

  • Excellent customer verbal and written customer service skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the engineering/construction industry

  • Previous experience with Building Inspection and/or municipalities

  • Experience with Deltek Vision, SAP Concur, and/or document management software
