Mission Lawn and Landscape in Polson is seeking a Full Time Lead Equipment Operator. DESCRIPTION: Experienced operator for skid steer and excavator responsible for finish grading of new builds, drainage work, retaining walls and other landscape features. Proven work experience is a must. Snow Removal in the winter months. QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be of the legal age to operate equipment; must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to follow instructions; and be detail-oriented and committed to quality work. -Must have experience directing and training other employees. -Proficient in operating excavators, skid steers, front loaders, and other equipment. DUTIES: -Work with landscaping crew to safely construct custom landscape projects. -Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance. Health Benefits are also available as well as PTO.
