Adecco Staffing is working with a company in the Monadnock Region to bring on a business financial analyst This is full time position and will be IN OFFICE, 5 days a week. This position could be temp to hire or direct hire depending on the experience of the applicant.

Position: Business Financial Analyst

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (ONSITE)

Pay: $70k-85k

Job Summary: The Business Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation, coordination and documentation of financial analysis projects and provides analysis for forward looking financial and business-related projects. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas. This position also acts as an assistant to the President in a variety of areas including strategic planning coordination, data analysis, and report preparation. May also serve in a Lead role and assist in analyzing, coordinating, prioritizing, monitoring and evaluating for M&A activity.

Essential Functions:

• Gather data in support of M&A activity

• Support integration efforts of acquisitions

• Provide supporting analytics for strategic divisional projects

• Collaborate with business unit and divisional accounting departments to ensure the correct representation of financial statements

• Assist the President with projects as needed

• Prepare reports and present results to management

• Advanced understanding of Excel

• Exceptionally strong quantitative, analytical and organization skills

• Must be able to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practice

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

• Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking

• Good critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Good collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas

• Capable of mining and analyzing large amounts of data

• Development of various complex types of financial models to value target companies for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

• Provide recommendations for product offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

• Create presentations

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics or closely related field

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible relevant work experience conducting financial analysis

Note: Physical job requirements may include:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Able to travel as needed.

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at organizations' facilities; both internally as well as customers.

Pay Details: $33.65 to $40.87 per hour
