Essential Functions:

As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will provide prompt, safe, and efficient ground-handling service to our airline clients and their passengers. You will work around various aircraft types with a focus on safety and attention to detail, completing various aspects of ramp service functions. You will:

· Work in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat

· Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate without damage or injury

· Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from the aircraft and airport

· Protect baggage and other equipment from damage, loss, and weather conditions

· Drive and operate heavy ground equipment, such as tugs, cargo carts, service trucks, and belt loaders

· Assist with record-keeping and documentation to ensure the correct routing of baggage

· Maintain area cleanliness

· Periodically check the ground equipment for functionality

· Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at the job location

· Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

· Carry out other duties as assigned

· Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by the terminal environment

· Specific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
