Work Tasks to be performed

·         This is an application for cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, apples, and pears.

·         Willing to commit to the entire contract period.

Job Requirements

·    Worker must possess 3 months of tree fruit experience.

·     Must be able to lift and/or load 60lbs.

·     Work may take place when temperatures are below freezing and above 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

·     May require extensive pulling and/or pushing of tools, wheelbarrows, fruit containers, etc.

·     May require worker to sit and/or walk for extensive periods of time while sorting, picking, examining, weeding, transporting, pruning, etc.

·     Workers will be required to stoop and/or bend over while performing farm labor such as weeding, irrigating, pruning, picking, removing debris, etc.

·    There will be repetitive movements while performing most of the farm labor duties, for example picking, sorting, pruning, shoveling, weeding, etc.

The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.

Requerimientos para el trabajo

• El trabajador debe poseer 3 meses de experiencia en árboles frutales.

• Debe poder levantar y/o cargar 60 libras.

• El trabajo puede realizarse cuando las temperaturas estén bajo cero y por encima de 100 grados Fahrenheit.

• Puede requerir tirar y/o empujar mucho herramientas, carretillas, contenedores de frutas, etc.

• Puede requerir que el trabajador se siente y/o camine durante largos períodos de tiempo mientras clasifica, recoge, examina, desmaleza, transporta, poda, etc.

• Se requerirá que los trabajadores se agachen y/o se agachen mientras realizan labores agrícolas como desyerbar, regar, podar, recoger, retirar escombros, etc.

• Habrá movimientos repetitivos mientras se realizan la mayoría de las tareas laborales agrícolas, por ejemplo, recoger, clasificar, podar, palear, desmalezar, etc.

El empleador proveerá, sin costo, las herramientas, artículos y equipo de protección necesaria para hacer el trabajo requerido.

Pay

Hourly wage is $19.25. The payroll period shall be weekly.
