Our client, a dynamic company operating in the US and Canada, is seeking a seasoned Controller to join their team in Pasco, WA. This is an opportunity for an individual with a solid background in accounting management to take on a hands-on role in a stable and challenging environment. Job Description:

We are seeking a Controller with 10+ years of experience in accounting management roles such as Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager. Reporting directly to the GM, the Controller will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks including month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, data analysis, process maintenance, and team management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on environment, possess advanced Excel skills, and have experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and managerial reports

• Conduct reconciliations and journal entries

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors

• Perform data analysis and data mining activities

• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions

• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley regulations

• Manage a team of at least 4 staff members

Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of experience in accounting management roles

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley compliance is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• A humble attitude and a strong work ethic
