Work Tasks to be performed

·         Winter Preparation will consist of general winter maintenance, pruning and tree training

·         Harvesting apples, pears, cherries, peach, nectarine and apricot

·         General farmwork

Job Requirements

·         3 months of verifiable tree fruit farm work experience.

·         Must anticipate being available to work the entire contract period.

·         Lifting requirement 60 lbs.

·         Exposure to extreme temperatures

·         Extensive pushing or pulling

·         Extensive sitting or walking

·         Frequent stooping or bending over

·         Repetitive movements

 

The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.

Requerimientos para el trabajo

·         Debe tener por lo menos 3 meses de experiencia, de trabajo de huerta.

·         Debe de anticipar poder trabajar lo que dura el trabajo.

·         Requisito de levantamiento de 60 lbs.

·         Exposición a temperaturas extremas

·         Sentarse y caminar durante mucho tiempo

·         Agacharse con frecuencia

·         Movimientos repetitivos

Crop and Pay

This is an application for apples, cherries, and pears. Hourly wage is $19.25 . The payroll period shall be weekly.

 

Piece rate is as follow:

Apple harvest per bin (47"x 47" X 24.5)

• Honey Crisp - $31.76
• Cripps Pink - $30.00
• Color Picking (Golden Delicious, Red Delicious & Honey Crisp) - $19.25

Pear harvest -- per bin (size: 47" X 47" X 24.5")

• Barlett or Bosc - $23.49

   

Cherry harvest:

• Dark Red-$0.22/lb

• Yellow-$0.22/lb

   

Apricots harvest $19.25 /hour

Nectarines harvest $19.25 /hour

Peaches harvest $19.25 /hour

Hand Thinning of all Fruit Trees $19.25 /hour

Winter Tree Pruning $19.25 /hour

Summer Tree Pruning $19.25 /hour

Tree Painting $0.03/ unit

 

Cosecha y Pago Esta es una solicitud para Manzanas, Cerezas y peras. El trabajo es pagado a $19.25 por hora. El pago será semanal.
