Beacon Hill Staffing Group Community Manager (Part-Time) in New York, New York

Our client is seeking a TTP Community Manager to join their team. This is a completely remote job that will begin with a guarenteed 25 hours a week, and expand to a full time role over the course of the next 12 months. Looking for someone to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the application and onboarding process for all new members, including application reviews, onboarding calls, and following up with new members.
  • Act as the main contact for the AITEC Connect member platform and support users with issues, updates, or concerns.
  • Manage member drops for non-payment and other reasons, and follow up with expired members with the goal of preventing turnover and promoting renewals.
  • Manage the Job Resource Center for members who may be between roles or need assistance with employment changes.
  • Mange provisional members and the appropriate follow-up.
  • Assist with member recruiting efforts, including LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, social media, etc. (NEW) Post announcements in the AITEC Connect community as needed.
  • Provide reporting on member engagement and growth to the Board.
  • Design and distribute a monthly member newsletter and Year End Report via ConstantContact.
  • Attend monthly Board Meetings every and other meetings as needed.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Events Manager to provide members with a seamless experience and to collaborate on projects and events as needed.
  • Assist with the company Gives Back Annual Charity Golf Classic as needed. Attend in person if needed (all expenses will be paid).
Qualifications:
  • Thrive in a remote work environment and possess the ability to work independently most of the time.
  • Have a basic understanding of GSuite tools, Excel, Canva, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey, etc. and be willing to fill in knowledge gaps through training and shadowing.
  • Be proactive and anticipate needs.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as be able to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Learn new skills quickly and be able to follow an existing process and update process documentation. Bring new ideas to the team and improve the administrative processes and member experience.
Compensation/Benefits:
  • DOE $22-$25/hr temping - 55k-60k perm
