The Job:

In this role, you will partner with Global Supply Chain and with various business units and functions to provide program management support on transformational projects. These groups could include Advanced Engineering (AME), Real Estate, Facility Management, Maintence & Repair (MRO), Energy/Eco Smart, Capex and Design & Construction. Example projects: PIV Centralization and Implementation, MRO/FM Standardization (PPE, HVAC, Waste, Cleaning, etc.), Real Estate Footprint Projects, Energy/Solar Projects, & Capex Programs.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of key stakeholders and efforts required for implementation as well as ensuring that a robust change management plan is executed in a timely manner, consistent with the pace of implementation.

You will take lead on tracking progress details such as project timelines, risks and deliverables and a cadence for reviewing this progress with various levels of leadership at regular intervals. You will lead the creation of an integrated project plan and facilitate the management of it. You will need to be a top influencer and be agile and adaptable.

Key success criteria include ability to articulate case for change and business benefits, facilitating proper design workshops, on-time delivery, milestone-based plans and the necessary accountability structure for success, which will include resources, standard playbook and RACI structure.

As a Program Manager, Global Supply Chain, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Team/Performance team Real Estate team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide input to and update program roadmaps

  • Manage requirements intake, prioritization, execution sequencing & project close-out

  • Effectively integrate with internal & external implementation resources (vendors) & leadership

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project execution

  • Report progress, upcoming milestones, risks and mitigations tailored to intended audience(s)

  • Identify interdependencies and sequencing, ensuring stakeholder alignment

  • Track program schedule, budget, quality and status, serving as main point of contact

  • Utilize change management practices for successful project delivery across the organization

  • Partner with key business leaders and different functional groups to understand interdependencies

  • Utilize project management tools to accurately scope and track project performance and interdependencies

  • Functional leader on weekly project team calls

  • Develop and own content that is presented in steering committee environment

  • Develop and execute project plans including resource requirements, deliverables, milestones, and completion timelines

  • Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks, and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes and communication with project stakeholders

The Person:

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of supply chain project management experience required

  • Experience in a dynamic, large company environment.

  • Extensive operating experience improving current business processes or implementing proven best practices

  • Experience leading projects for multiple clients simultaneously

  • A track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives

  • Well experienced in summarizing and presenting business information to all levels in organizations

  • Proven expertise in Business Case Modeling and Project Management

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload

  • Highly detail oriented, with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to coordinate internal resources in a matrix environment to accomplish project objectives

  • Time management skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet

  • Have or obtain PMP certification within 12 months preferred
