On behalf of our specialized, industry leading client, Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Practice, is seeking a Business Analyst to join this organization on a temporary to permanent basis!

This position's responsibilities include:

• The execution of Sourcing processes to align with business objectives, with a primary focus on reducing expenses to drive benefits for both the business and our customers.

• Surpassing service level objectives while adhering to all regulatory mandates.

• Supporting, maintaining, and enhancement of supplier performance, maintaining an ongoing emphasis on process refinement.

• Providing daily Sourcing and Repairs Management Support for the Sales Staff and ensuing customer requirements are being met.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills will be required to be successful in this role.

• Prepare analytical reports, forecasts and supplier/customer dashboards as needed.

• Maintaining supplier information in ERP system.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma & equivalent experience

• Experience in a financial services, sourcing, operations or customer service setting.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
