Safety Claims Analyst

The Opportunity:

Safety Claims Analyst starts the claims process for auto liability and cargo/Over, short & Damaged. .

The Fit:

Accident duties

• After the initial call an email is sent to the safety team letting them know of any additional information we are waiting to receive from the driver.

• Setting follow ups for the Claims Adjuster team and/or drivers as needed.

• Entry of afterhours and/or weekend reports, entry of damaged equipment reports from maintenance when possible, Sending drivers messages for follow up questions or photos needed.

• Adding photos for any event as they come in, adding videos, documentation such as routing, events/position reports, google map snips, etc to the files.

• Reviewing photos that drivers send in and building reports or coding the photos.

Cargo duties

• Building the after hours reports into the system.

• After gathering the information, reporting the Over, short & damaged to the customer, if needed.

• Adding photos or Bill of Lading to the file.

• Ensuring the driver's support team is updated on the driver status.

• Create coaching for the drivers when necessary for Fleet Manager follow up.

• Help with dropped trailer reports when needed.
