Residential Services Attendant

PeopleReady of Makena, HI is now hiring Residential Services Attendants! Residential Services Attendant reports to Residential Service Manager: Provides, inspects and Assist of grocery pick ups as needed, Delivery of food, Assist member services in special request or booking activities. On down time, we could also wash golf carts used by this team. Maximum lifting up to 50lbs, must be able to communicate with private residence and able to drive a golf cart.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Residential Services Attendant:

• Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests, and team members.

• Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service.

• Assist with Marketing House and Residential Services as needed.

• Pick up grocery and/or household items as needed.

• Provide airport pick up's as needed.

• Deliver food from kilohana to marketing house as needed.

• Work with member services to book activities and/or special requests from marketing house guests.

• Coordinate with or assist other departments as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) , Weekends

Job requirements:

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests and team members

• Knowledge of and ability to operate computer and communication platforms (i.e. Jonas, Club Essentials, Alice)

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; additional languages preferred

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than four (4) hours, and lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling
