What\'s involved in this role: We are looking for a Whey Operator in Luxemburg, WI. \$24.37 6:00am-6:00pm 2-2-3 Schedule \$1.50 shift differential Double time on Sunday and holidays Safely and efficiently operate machinery including: HTST, Ultrafiltration, Microfiltration, Nanofiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Spray Dryers, Separators, Heat Exchangers, and Packaging. Preform accurate hourly checks on assigned equipment and make necessary adjustments as needed to keep product within customer and organization specifications. Accurately per checks for flow rates, temperatures, system pressures, pH, percent solids, and protein percentage in a timely manner. What you need to join our team: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a dairy environment preferred.
