Summary:

Vivint Gives Back is seeking a mission-driven, passionate, results-oriented professional to join its organization. Vivint Gives Back, a Vivint-led charitable nonprofit, organizes projects domestically and internationally to support and uplift those in need, as part of Vivint’s commitment to being conscientious community partners.

We are looking for a Manager, Program Operations to oversee Vivint Gives Back’s data and financial reporting, and key operational duties that help drive the excellence of our organization. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about giving back but also possesses a strong background in operations management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to develop and maintain regular reporting to help effectively execute programs within Vivint Gives Back.

  • Create and maintain best practices for revenue, volunteer, and reporting process.

  • Create and maintain annual reporting to donors.

  • Input and ensure the integrity of donation, volunteer, and program data.

  • Understand, be able to troubleshoot systems and programs Vivint Gives Back uses for donation and volunteer management.

  • Maintain accurate accounting of all foundation expenses.

  • Work with leadership to oversee the finance operations of the foundation.

  • Work with the Managing Director to create relevant reports for the board and donors.

  • Support charity management with the creation of internal processes and programs that drive efficiency.

  • Work cross-functionally throughout the company to develop reporting for key volunteer and fundraising initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and execution of various programs and events such as Sub for Santa, Charity Week meal packing, and Impact Trips.

  • Develop financial statements such as cash flow statements and weekly finance update

  • Lead audit process

  • Build advanced automation and workflows in Airtable

  • Build out dashboards and live reporting in Tableau / Curator

  • Develop feedback surveys and analysis

Required Skills:

  • Highly collaborative and a critical problem solver

  • Strong time and project management skills - shown the ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple projects

  • Detail-oriented

  • Experience using Airtable preferred.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Have a strong sense of ownership in making sure data is accurate and flowing properly and proactively take steps to resolve issues as they arise.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel to input, analyze data, and provide accurate reporting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Apple programs.

  • Critical and strategic thinking skills to assist in the creation of actionable execution plans

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data management, basic accounting, and/or non-profit operations.

  • Understanding of and demonstrated experience in data management, basic accounting, and reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use new software programs quickly.

Reporting Relationship:

The position reports to the Senior Manager of Vivint Gives Back.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
