Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst in Juno Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams. They will also be expected to work closely with other business units on various initiatives and provide mentorship and guidance to lower level analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.

• Lead medium to large project teams in executing business initiatives.

• Review and approve findings that will be presented to senior management.

• Conduct statistical analyses to support business operations.

• Coordinate with other business units on various initiatives.

• Provide administration and configuration of key software applications for the department.

• Assist business unit customers with support, analysis, and troubleshooting related to the efficient operation of the software products.

• Support system upgrade exercises and testing for system supporting ongoing software project initiatives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external customers.

• Mentor and coach lower-level analysts in their roles and responsibilities. Requirements • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar

• Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, Communication, and Management

• Proficient in creating and managing Documentation

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Procedures, Analytics, Research, and Planning Processes

• Experience in Quality Management and Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Ability to Design and manage projects, with Project Management skills

• Demonstrated experience in Supervising, Finance, and providing Workstation Support

• Ability to work with Vendors, provide Consulting services, and Troubleshoot issues

• Experience in Onboarding, Implementation, and Automation processes

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

• Creative thinker with a vision

• Attention to details

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
