Key member of an enterprise support team providing support for numerous enterprise-wide applications including Timekeeping, SharePoint, Tooling and Ticketing systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. This role is the link between the enterprise application and its users from a technical and process perspective. This is tier 3 level support that will be involved in application deployments and enhancements throughout the corporation. The key candidate will have a mixture of strong analytical skills, communication skills, currency in modern database technologies and or manufacturing processes.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations to streamline & simplify processes.

  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.

  • Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating costs.

  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.

  • Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology – both on premise and Cloud based.

  • Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions.

  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed.

  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed.

    This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services:

  • Application Programming

  • Software Support

  • Database Administration

  • Help Desk

  • Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or other related technology)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent)

  • 1-3 years related IT tech support experience

  • Experience in relational database design and development.

  • Logical analysis of simple to complex SQL queries.

  • Experience working with multi-tiered business applications in a global environment.

  • Experience with 3rd party application support for internal users

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.

    Work Authorization:

    This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

    Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $65,137.78 - 105,158.49
