As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining efficient accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume environment, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily bank deposits against cash receipts to ensure accurate reporting

• Collaborate with checkout and billing departments to resolve balancing discrepancies

• Conduct quarterly audits of bank bags at select practice locations

• Generate monthly reports for the accounting department

• Perform light administrative duties as needed

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as an accounting clerk in a high-volume environment

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to navigate large datasets and perform lookups

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
