Your Impact

As an HR Business Partner for Qualitrol, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic people and talent strategies to deliver accelerated growth and profitability. Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies:

· Partner with Qualitrol business leaders to ensure strategic company initiatives are being driven throughout the organization.

· Help define and execute organizational change strategies directly tied to the development of people, teams, and organizations.

· Advise management as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff.

· Drive succession planning, talent identification, leadership development, and talent reviews to ensure long-term organizational bench strength.

· Identify gaps and actively participate in or lead problem-solving process and continuous improvement initiatives to drive and positively impact KPIs

· Help evolve the company’s culture, including driving employee engagement and retention to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth.

· Ensure the integrity of employee relations practices.

Skills & Experience

You are an accomplished HR professional from a highly regarded company known for innovation, process excellence, and continuous improvement. You have a steep career trajectory with significant upside potential. You are a strong, people-driven leader with the ability to teach, train, and develop teams. You are strategic while also detail-oriented and comfortable being hands-on.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s in Human Resources highly desired.

· 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with progressive responsibility

· Ability to influence high-impact decisions, provide critical feedback, and lead difficult conversations.

· Proven experience identifying trends, experimenting and implementing continuous improvement strategies to drive results.

· Demonstrated experience leading organizational development initiatives and defining and leading change management.

· Experience helping leaders attract, retain, and develop high performance teams.

· Comfortable working in a complex, matrixed organization. Global experience is preferred.

National: The salary range for this position is $99700 - $185000

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
