As a Customer Service Representative, you\'ll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the stage for positive relationships. Working closely with our team, you\'ll tackle new challenges every day to deliver outstanding service! Job Duties: - Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. - Respond to customer requests, build rapport, and resolve concerns while promoting our services. - Perform outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate interest in our trade offerings. - Utilize resources to evaluate job urgency levels, solve problems, and set accurate expectations with customers. - Participate in training to maximize efficiency and elevate customer experiences. - Maintain accurate customer records in our database. Job Requirements: - Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills. - Highly organized with exceptional follow-through. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - To build trust, demonstrate empathy, and work well on a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Strong problem-solving skills and to prioritize tasks. - Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting. - Typing speed of 50+ WPM and to learn new software quickly. **Preferred experience in plumbing or electrical field, call center, or customer service scheduling.** Who Are We: Reynolds Electric & Plumbing provides residential and commercial services with over 150 years of combined experience.
