Adecco is looking for an Administrative assistant in Dover, DE! This is with a small commercial collections client of ours based in Kent County. The administrative assistant will be responsible for supporting both the sales and accounting department with our client. This is a contract to hire assignment that is hiring immediately! Responsibilities

  • Data entry

  • Answering phone calls and greeting guests

  • Inputting sales data into system

  • Delegating phone calls to correct parties

Requirements

  • Strong typing skills

  • Assisting with Accounting and Sales division of clients

  • Accounting background preferred, must be able to assist with AR/AP's

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
