Description:

They ship out electrical wire, electrical components, and large electrical equipment to service technicians in the area. The Warehouse worker will primarily be responsible for selecting specific parts and orders for the service techs to be shipped out.

They will be reading a shipping label, selecting the order, and putting them at the shipping dock to be loaded. They will do this with a sit down or stand up forklift.

LOCK DOWN POINTS

-Overtime. They will work 50-55 hours consistently throughout the year, and need to be comfortable with this. It is very important that they are aware of this, as they can not make excuses

-This is an industrial Warehouse environment that is loud and dirty. It is also hot in the summer, and cold in the winter.

-They need to work with a purpose. They can not be disappearing for an hour, or making excuses to not do work. this is a huge problem they have had in the past.

SHIFT: 6am-2:30pm

-They will regularly work until 3-4pm when they do OT. Sometimes they need to stay until 6pm, however this is rare.

PAY: $20

-Ability to lift 40Ibs repeatedly

-Ability to do BASIC math (30+45=75)

Do no rule candidates out in regards to experience. They are willing to train, HOWEVER; This is a fast paced, industrial Warehouse. The best candidates will come from landscaping, construction, industrial Warehousing
