Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

• Student Loan Repayment: This RN position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

  Job Summary

• Actively uses nursing protocol and processes in goal-focused patient care, demonstrating accountability as an individual and as a team member.

• Synthesizes information from a variety of sources to develop and implement an individualized, collaborative plan of care.

• Documents the same.

  Licensure/Certification/Registration & Experience

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing in South Dakota.

• BLS certification within 6 months of employment.

• Previous experience in medical, surgical or pediatric nursing helpful.

• TNCC required within 12 months of hire.

  Work Schedule

• 6:45am-7:15pm and 6:45pm-7:15am, e/3rd wknd/hol, occas call; 72hrs/2wks

  Pay

  The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $ 31.00 - $46.50 per hour
