Our RPO client is a Fortune 500 leader, a specialty materials and components company that produces high-performance metals and alloys, including titanium and nickel-based alloys. Our recruiting team is striving to add top notch talent to our client. The ideal candidate will not only have the skills it takes to be a successful recruiter but also a good understanding of the Heavy Industrial/Manufacturing industry.

Here's some background

As a Client Facing Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client's offices nationwide. This will involve Full Lifecycle recruiting while managing hiring manager and candidate relationships. This is a long-term/no end date W-2 contract opportunity that will work on site at our client in Cudahy, WI two (2) days per week. Area of recruitment will focus on high volume Production and Skilled Trades roles.

What you need

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in the Heavy Industrial, Light Industrial, and Maintenance Mechanics

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment, experience with Grassroots Recruiting and Sourcing

• Polished communication skills, strong time management, attention to detail, and goal-oriented
