CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Corporate - Human Resources Team at our office in either Colonie, NY; Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL; or Miami, FL. The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy within their business sector. This position serves as a consultant to management and a resource to employees on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion, business partner to the management team, and change agent. The HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively, seeks to develop integrated solutions, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects business objectives. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 years in a business partner role with strong proactive consulting experience Ability to work in an organization with a culture that moves quickly yet does not sacrifice quality while working in this fast-paced environment Positive, optimistic, action-oriented individual with a 'can do' mentality Confident individual with outstanding learning agility who responds to feedback openly, always looking for ways to improve and learn new ways to do things more effectively
