  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

    Within Compass Group, Waveguide is part of the Eurest family that provides dining services to local, regional and national companies across the United States. Services include operating employee dining centers, on-site catering, executive dining rooms, and other managed services.

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal requests for design deliverables with design team and allocate appropriate resources to ensure service delivery

  • Coordinate internal requests for project site visits with construction consulting team and allocate appropriate resources to ensure service delivery

  • Facilitate communication between project teams and resources, acting as a liaison to address any resource-related issues or concerns

  • Escalate any resourcing issues to manager for resolution

  • Maintain overview of project delivery demand based on internal forecasts and regular weekly team meetings

  • Ensure internal project delivery processes are followed

  • Drive internal teams to meet project deadlines

  • Report on timeliness of deliverables and resource capacity - frequency as required by manager

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience directly involved with commercial design and/or technology integration projects

  • Four-year or higher degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or a relevant technical field, or equivalent work experience

  • Fundamental understanding of documentation and processes for the entire life cycle of design-bid-build projects for the commercial built environment

  • Highly organized with experience in coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage time in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in all MS Office applications

  • Suitable environment for audio and video calls, 95% remote work anticipated
