The equipment operator position is critical as we work to build better communities. Here are some of the things you will do:

• Operate heavy equipment safely & efficiently. This could be a grader, trackhoe, backhoe, loader, skidsteer, or dozer.
• Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade sidewalks/pads/floors.
• Teach and direct our laborers
• Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications to determine the work needed to get the job done.
• Measure, mark and record openings and distances to lay out areas where the work will be done.

We want our equipment operators to grow with us, and are excited to give you opportunities to grown your skill level and try new things. Additionally we're looking for:

• High energy. We work a lot of hours in a day, and your high energy will keep you going with the rest of your team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Someone who likes working outdoors.
• The ability to sit for long periods, bend, lift at least 50 lbs, and other physical activities.
