The maintenance personnel are responsible for keeping our communities in top-notch condition, inside and out. Be ready to be busy! A typical day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, painting, carpet cleaning, appliance repairs and grounds work along with preparing apartments for new residents. This is a full-time position with regular hours and rotating after-hours on call. Low-pressure boiler license helpful but not required. Job requires valid drivers license and dependable vehicle. Drug testing and criminal background check are required. Hours: Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. and rotating after-hours on call. The wage is negotiable.
