If you\'re interested in managing all Imaging that reside within the Heartland Bank Imaging System working to maximize efficiencies and quality control procedures, our Document Imaging Associate role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Facilities Staff team.

\ Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to our branch employees
• Furnish detailed departmental procedures
• Interact with staff regarding scanning concerns or questions
• Daily imaging of barcoded documents
• Quality control of daily processed files
• Execute Document Recalls for Audit Purposes
• Prepare required documents for Audits
• Clean & maintain scanning equipment, arranging service when needed
• Other scanning projects as assigned

Who You Are

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
