The Residence Manager ensures individual safety, oversees proper maintenance and cleanliness of the residence. Residence Managers develop and implement Person Centered Plans and ensures training of adult living skills in a dignified and respectful manner.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAssociate degree or high school diploma plus 5 years of related work experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.
