Our client is seeking full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Bismarck team. Candidate shall have a positive, customer service attitude, be well organized, with hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance troubleshooting, repairing doors, locks, etc. and complete service work orders and apartment turnovers.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00

• Requires a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to multiple properties.
• As business dictates, able to work extended/flexible hours (e.g. nights/weekends).
• 3 years of experience preferred
