The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated administrative support professional to join our team in the Bureau of Hatcheries at our Centre Regional Office in Bellefonte, PA. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Administrative Officer 1 (AO1) with the Bureau of Hatcheries, you will provide vital services through the execution of management and administrative duties in support of the bureau. Your position is assigned a variety of duties including project planning, budgeting, purchasing, procurement and contract administration, human resources, and other miscellaneous office services. You will also supervise clerical staff for the administrative part of the Bureau.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Bellefonte. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
