Seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Senior Recruiter in Greater Houston to help take our client's team to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.

• Conduct comprehensive job requisition meetings with various functional teams to understand team requirements and candidate profiles.

• Identify various sourcing techniques to target passive candidates, build talent pipelines, and maintain network relationships.

• Facilitate and participate in the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Manage and adhere to the recruitment budget.

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

• Maintain accurate and concise records and produce recruitment reports.

• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or a related field preferred, not required.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter), with experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Experience with recruiting both corporate and field positions on both an hourly and salary basis.

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)

• Excellent knowledge of HRIS, ATS, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn recruiting tools.

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle confidential information.
