Pay rate starts at $18.50 per hour.

Summary:

An Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. Growth opportunities available!

Assist to hire, train, and develop crew members

Communicate job expectations to their employees

Provide coaching and feedback

Create and maintain a guest first culture in the store

Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals

Ensure that brand standards are executed

SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, or equivalent

Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, minimum 1 year.
