POSITION SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, incumbent is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, employees and clients entering the offices of Delta Air Lines corporate campus.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

Pay Rate: $11.50

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

  • Sign-in visitors and notify employee for escort.

  • Monitor security cameras and gate access to other parts of the building.

  • Report suspicious incidents.

  • Lock and unlock doors and monitor alarms via the computer system.

  • Receive and sign for packages.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age; eligible to work in US; able to pass pre-employment drug screen, FBI criminal and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Other Physical Requirements

Sense of Sound/Hearing – Must be able to communicate by radio, phone, and other devices.

  1. The incumbent is regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees work inside the Delta Air Lines corporate offices, but may be assigned to various locations. Employees utilize a personal computer.
