Alpena Landscape Supply and Services is looking for dedicated Landscapers to join our team!

Responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a business, building or resident.

Plants flowers, mows, pulls weeds, repairs, rakes, trims, and prunes.

Rake fallen leaves and remove debris; properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc.

Plant greenery to improve landscape appearance.

Designs landscapes, utilizing greenery, cement, rocks, water, and other materials to construct a beautiful and functional outdoor space.

Clean and maintain landscape areas, uproots weeds and dead plants; Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves. Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants.

Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, snowblowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws and other landscape maintenance equipment.

Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs; remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants.

Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, and have knowledge of basic lawn maintenance.

Remove snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, and paths in winter; Interact professionally with clients and advise them on landscape care; sprinkle ice down with ice melts to keep people safe.
