What we are looking for: As an Account Manager at Amos Mfg., Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for proactively developing and securing opportunities, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. What you will do:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively identify and engage with existing and potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quoting and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers, highlighting the value of Amos Mfg.'s solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences accordingly.
